Power Muesli

From the first time I tried muesli, I feel deeply, deeply in love. But most of the time this breakfast staple can be loaded with sugar. Here is a great make ahead, superfood muesli that will keep your tummy and your tastebuds happy.

Power Muesli

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup chopped cashew pieces
1/4 cup pepitas
3 TBSP chia seeds
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 1/2 cups nondairy milk
1 TBSP maple syrup

Mix all the ingredients until combined. Cover and refrigerate. Top with blackberries (or any of your choice) cashews and unsweetened coconut. Serves 6

Yum! How long does this last in the fridge? Or should it be eaten right after making?

Hi Kelly!

Thanks for the questions. I will make sure to edit my post to include this info. It was last in an airtight container about 2 days. After that is turns pretty mushy.
